A LOOK INSIDE: Throne of Glass

Below are my chaotic thoughts that I had while reading Throne of Glass. There are spoilers included!

I like how we got straight into the story and the world building is sprinkled in throughout the story

Very similar to hunger games, down to the hiding the skills and knife throwing

I like that while the main plot point seems to be the competition, there is a mystery starting to brew

Love triangle with Dorian, Chaol and C?

Our hero has yet another quest, one to do with the mystery

Isn’t she part fae? Doesn’t she have magic in her? That must be why Elena reached out to her

The plot with lady K is random and dumb - I don’t care that she wants to marry Dorian

Headaches? Is she the evil? Is she being possessed

Why are the dogs important

Nehemia is controlling the situation? But she seemed so nice

Is kaltain a creature or fae? Is that why she has the headaches?

Oooo thats why - that really sucks

I love the plot twist. Having various different points of view helped the story, I liked that it wasn’t a full chapter or announced. Another tale of a badass female, I will never get sick of these. Truly was similar to the hunger games. Very similar to various fairytales as well
