Idk how I feel about lorcan lusting after elide. Im sure it will be a couple I like but this is the first time that lorcan feels much older. Maybe it is because he constantly points it out

I wonder if they will let manon go when they find out the full story

Dorian has really grown into himself. I’m impressed he got Aelin to compromise even if she has a plan to use it to her advantage

Everything feels like it ends up being a trap. Can anything go right for them?

It is so interesting having those moments to fill in the backstory of the cadre - to know each of their opinions of the blood oath

Aelin seems to be really pushing it with the croachan witches. But it is a good idea.

I hate the “ I need you to do something for me” and then a change of POV which means we won’t learn what that something is for awhile.

Of course the Eye is the lock. But what truths are we about to find out now

Aelin has to die? So the gods to move all these people together. The gods were watching and waiting for Aelin so she could pay for a bargain made in the past.
