A LOOK INSIDE: Assassin's Blade
At first, I didn't want to read this book because I wanted to jump right into what happened after Heir of Fire. But I am so glad I did and so glad I chose to read it at this point in the series! Not as many thoughts because I got so swept up in the book
They keep mentioning pirates - they must become important
I’m not sure how I feel about interrupting the flow of the series with a prequel but I don’t doubt the boom will change my mind
Wait. Did they all know she was Aelin? Or just the worlds greatest assassin
Thats why pirates were mentioned - but his map?
She always had a heart for wanting to save people
Wasn’t as emotional sad I thought it would be
Ohhh wait this whole book sets up the relationship with sam
C and helping people - I hope we find out if Yrene made it
I love how she finally found a friend
OMG The horses! We are getting stories that C referenced
okay not a friend - but a friend? C is starting to understand mercy (not understand but you know what I mean)
The decision to send C here is going to be Aro's downfall, now that she gets to experience more of the world
This is the definition of a toxic relationship. Does Aro see C as a lover or daughter?
Ew Lyssandra
I love that we are learning why she loves music so much
I am so glad she is getting out. Her and sam deserve better
of course he won't let them go. how toxic!
sam...oh sam
